By accessing or using the website infinity-timeless.in (“Site”) or purchasing products or services from Infinity Timeless (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. About Infinity Timeless

Infinity Timeless is an official authorized retailer of Rolex and Tudor watches, operated by Infinity Group with boutiques in Chennai and Ahmedabad, India. We are authorised to sell new Rolex and Tudor watches and offer after-sales services including watch servicing and repairs.

3. Products and Authenticity

All watches sold by Infinity Timeless are genuine, new, and covered by the manufacturer's international warranty. As an authorized retailer, we source exclusively from Rolex SA and TUDOR SA. We do not sell pre-owned, grey market, or parallel import timepieces. Every Rolex watch is accompanied by a green Superlative Chronometer certification seal and a five-year international guarantee.

4. Pricing and Orders

• All prices on our Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price.
• Availability of specific models is not guaranteed. Rolex watches are allocated by Rolex SA and subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• High-value purchases may require KYC documentation (PAN, Aadhaar) as required under applicable Indian law.

5. Payment

We accept payments through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We do not store payment card details. In case of a failed payment, your order will not be processed. Please contact us for assistance.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of luxury timepieces, returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect confirmed by our service centre or the manufacturer. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories within 7 days of delivery. 7. Watch Servicing

Infinity Timeless is authorised to receive Rolex watches for servicing. Servicing is carried out by certified watchmakers using genuine Rolex parts. Servicing timelines and costs will be communicated upon assessment of the timepiece. We accept no liability for delays caused by parts availability or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Infinity Timeless or its brand partners (including Rolex SA and TUDOR SA). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. The Rolex crown logo and associated brand assets are the exclusive property of Rolex SA.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Timeless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our products and services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
